Heat treatment specifications:
- complete annealing: heating 390 ~ 430 ℃; with the effective thickness of different materials, heat preservation time 30 ~ 120min; to 30 ~ 50 ℃ / h speed with furnace cooling to 300 ℃, the re-cooled.
- rapid thermal annealing: heating 350 ~ 370 ℃; with the effective thickness of different materials, heat preservation time 30 ~ 120min; air or water.
- Quenching and aging:hardening 500~510℃;air-cooled;artificial aging 95~105℃,3h,air-cooled;nature aging at room temperature 120h.
